Our Story

Take Space Company started as an idea developed at the Asian Institute of Management, with a mission to make mental health support more accessible to everyday Filipinos.

We recognized that the cost and limited access to mental health professionals can make it difficult for many people to seek help.

So, we created scalable and accessible tools for people who want to better care and understand themselves.

Our flagship product, the TAKE SPACE MENTAL HEALTH JOURNAL developed with a licensed psychiatrist Dr. Irrisse Sison, uses evidence based Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT) Techniques to help people navigate their thoughts, practice self-care and build resilience.

Today, Take Space continues to address common mental health challenges by creating practical and accessible wellness tools including our BRAIN HEALTH JOURNAL for older adults- designed to encourage memory recall, cognitive engagement, meaningful reflections and connections.

Educational Institutions

Quality Assured Resources

We partner with schools to bring mental wellness journals and programs to students, supporting their emotional well-being, self-awareness and build resilience.

We recently created a custom Mental Health Journals for the students of Xavier School, and we are currently developing and pursuing partnerships with other educational institutions.

Our mental health resources have undergone quality assurance through the Department of Education (DepED) supporting our commitment to creating credible and accessible resources that meets the educational standards for Filipino learners.

We also created a Tagalog version of the Take Space Mental Health Journal for Quezon City Local Government Unit (QC LGU) designed for distribution through barangays, making mental health resources more accessible to Filipino communities.

Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Partners

We collaborate with healthcare and pharmaceutical companies to create customized medical tracker booklets for their patients to help them with medical adherence and offer mental health support.

We partnered with the Philippine Psychiatric Association (PPA) to make Take Space Mental Health Journals accessible to licensed psychiatrists and mental health professionals.

Through this partnership, psychiatrists from Visayas and Mindanao have purchased the journal for their distribution to their patients, allowing Take Space to extend guided mental health support beyond clinic and into the patient's everyday lives.
